Descriptions:

1、Independently work on the design of Bluetooth IP，Cooperation with verification engineer, finish verification job and responsible for design quality.

2、Participate in Bluetooth IP testing, debug and submit optimization scheme.

3、Complete the preparation and maintenance of technical documents.

Requirements：

1、knowledge of microelectronics, semiconductor and communication.

2、Mastery of EDA tools and capability of solving technical issues as below is a must: Design specification, RTL coding and style critique, block design, chip-level integration; logic synthesize and timing analyze (STA)、System Verilog .

3、Familiar with C/C++, perl, python etc.

4、Good English reading and writing skills.

Descriptions：

1、Responsible for the design, simulation, verification and debug analysis of analog circuits.

2、Co-work with the layout team to make sure all the parameter meet the design requirement.

3、Co-work the IC QA team to define and build the test specification, test method, and test tools for production test.

4、Co-work with the AE and FAE team to define and develop the whole solution based on product.

Requirements：

1、Bachelor degree or above in microelectronics, integrated circuit or other related majors;

2、Familiar with Bluetooth, SOC chip products and chip mass production experience is preferred

3、3+ hands-on experience in analog circuit design, familiar with basic theory of analog circuit design.

4、Familiar with semiconductor device physics, IC manufacturing process and IC Design.

5、Familiar with one or more EDA tools for IC Design: HSPICE, cadence, MATLAB, etc.

6、Good at analyzing and solving problems, good team cooperation and communication skills.

Descriptions：

1、Responsible for RF IC index definition, circuit design and simulation verification；

2、Guidding the layout engineer to complete the circuit layout design and ensure the quality of layout design；

3、Testing and verifying the function and performance of RFIC ;

4、Evaluate third party RF IP, acceptance and maintenance optimization ;

5、Experience in RF design related to Bluetooth WiFi is preferred.

Requirements：

1、Master degree or above in microelectronics, electronic engineering and other related disciplines, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience；

2、knowledge of RF and analog IC design foundation, familiar with design process and common EDA software；

3、Experience in RF transceiver, LNA, mixer, lcvco, PLL, PA or other RF circuit design；

4、Be able to skillfully use common test instruments to test RF integrated circuits；

5、Good at English reading 、writing 、communication and teamwork skills.

Descriptions：

1、Participation in the design of ASIC function blocks in terms of Design Spec, Architecture definition, block design, RTL coding, logic synthesis and timing analysis (STA).

2、Participate in the whole process of chip design and support FPGA system debugging.

3、Cooperation with verification engineer, finish verification job and responsible for design quality.  Review verification plan, Simulation & Debug check.

4、Cooperate with software engineer to debug and support the production.

Requirements：

1、Bachelor degree or above in EE/CS related specialties, working experience is not not limited.

2、Familiar with design and verification languages (Verilog, SystemVerilog, etc.)

3、Self-motivated, team work, and good communication.

4、Relevant project experience in school or internship is preferred.

Descriptions：

1、Independently work on the verification of ASIC function blocks in terms of Verification Plan, Build Test bench, Develop Test cases, Simulation & Debug.

2、Build subsystem level independently based on UVM methodology, and verify WiFi, Bluetooth and other communication IP and systems.

3、Support FPGA test and chip test.

1、Bachelor degree or above in EE/CS related specialties, working experience is not not limited.

2、Familiar with design and verification languages (Verilog, SystemVerilog, SVA etc.)
